10 GB of Other/Document and Data on my iPhone storage?
There's 10 GB of this Other Data taking up all the space on my phone, leaving me with very little room to keep photos, music and apps.
I have called up apple to help me with this problem but they haven't helped.
So I need to know, the things I can delete to get rid of this, or whether it may be a malfunction in my phone, as I do have 2500 photos on my phone?
Added (1). The problem is that I don't know what "other" is and i need to know what it is so I can delete it
If you want to keep your existing photos, back them up on a memory card before deleting any of them.
Once on a memory card, you can transfer selected photos to another device like a tablet or laptop so you have ready access.
Once you have the back-up, delete any photos, music or apps that you don't use regularly to free up space on your phone.

- What is the document and data on iCloud? What is it exactly? Apps? Notes? I don't know! I have an iPhone and an iPod that both uses iCloud I'm just wondering what it is exactly!
- On the I cloud on the Iphone what does total storage and available storage mean? Basically it says total storage 5gb and availible storage 5 gb. Does that mean there's already 5 gb of files on the Icloud?
- My iPhone has ran out of storage and I just deleted a lot of photos and videos and there's still no storage So I moved a whole lot of photos and videos to iCloud Drive and deleted them off the phone itself to clear space up but it still says there's no storage left. Please help me to know what's wrong and what to do so I can clear up space.
