11 and need quick ways to earn cash. Any ideas?

Buying an iPhone and really want it as soon as i can get it. Any ideas are appreciated.

Once you get the phone, you still have a monthly bill to pay. You need a job, not just a few ways to make a buck.

Think of something you could do. Some ideas: A lemonade stand, a dog-walking business, a babysitting business (11 to 15 year olds can get an American Red Cross certification license in a class), a garage sale, a dog show, a hot chocolate stand, yard work. Maybe you and a friend can partner up and have a business together. Even though you are going to have to split the money, it is good to have a friend around. You should at least pick 2 things that you would want to do to earn money. Maybe you can do babysitting as a big job, and then dog-walking as kind of a way to just earn a few bucks more. If you want to earn money without leaving home, you could even help around the house for some of your parent/guardian's spare change.

Make flyers. Whatever you chose, you're going to have to advertise for it otherwise you won't be able to get many customers. If you want to earn money, expand your business. But, before you do that, make sure that your business is set up well (a logo might work well for the business). Disney Magic artist for PC (it's a CDROM) is great for doing so.

On the flyers, make sure to make some sort of a "discount" like saying "only this much $! For a limited time only"! Also make sure to put your name (first and last name)and your phone number. You might also want to put your e-mail just in case. Because of that, make sure you have your phone on you most of the times, and make sure to check your e-mail regularly. And only put these flyers in mailboxes of people you know, or stapled to trees on your street. And put positive things on there too, like if it's a babysitting business, put 'American Red Cross Certified'. (if you're not, you SHOULD NOT babysit). If you put that, people will probably feel a lot safer with you being around their kid/s. If it's for the dog-walking business, put 'You provide the leash, we provide the trash bags' (if you will provide the poop bags). And put on, 'please call if interested. Our lines are open 24/7!' Always tell the truth on your flyers. Also for garage sales you should put what kind of stuff you have with the price next to it. If people know the price, then they will want to buy one of your items depending on the price.

Wait for a call (baby-sitting and dog-walking). For a lemonade sale make sure you use fresh ice so it's cold, refreshing and seems better.

I'm 13 and I don't have an iPhone so you should wait until you're older.

Open a bank account. Some banks or credit unions have minor accounts. This will help you save, keep you from spending your money, and will accumulate interest to help your money grow.

Talk to your neighbors. Mow grass, shovel snow, ask if they need help moving things around the house. Manual labor is always in demand.

Ask your parents for an allowance. Ask if you do chores around the house will they give you some money. Also, any money that relatives give you for christmas or your birthday, put into your bank account to save for your phone.

With the few income opportunities there are for you all that is needed is hard work and motivation.
