6.1 jailbroken iPhone 4 restoring
I jailbroke my iPhone 4 and its running 6.1 and I want to know if I restore my phone while its jailbroken will it brick my phone? I know before it couldnt but I've heard rumors now that it will brick on iOS 6.1 if its jailbroken. Basically, will restoring jailbroken iOS 6.1 btick my iPhone?
It will not brick your iphone. Bricking can be prevented and fixed at home anyway so its not a big deal

I have recently bought a Blackberry however my old phone (iPhone 3GS) had been jailbroken so it was stuck on ios 3.1.2 and now I need to upgrade the software. I opened up itunes and tried to upgrade but it failed so I clicked restore and that failed as well. Now I have no access to my phone and the screen is a usb telling me to connect to itunes. I really need some advice. Is it possible to get my phone working again!
