Accidentally dropped my iphone?

In toilet. Don't ask me how or anything.
So, when this happened I almost had a heart attack and picked it up from the toilet. It was in a case so I just threw the case away and started to dry my phone. Now it seems all dry, and it works, no damage has been done.
I wonder if I should do anything special with it in case something happen? And how do I even find out if something happened when it works?
Yes I also drought it with some kind of antibacterial paper towels. And my hands.

If it works then you're fine. Usually that affects the speaker or something.

Usually when some electronic is dropped in water, best thing to do is switch it immediately off. You can also clean it when its turned off when in case it became dirty. I take it that you did that?

then let it dry for a couple of days so that the water get evaporated from the inside. Best to place it next to a radiator, but not touching it! If it works after that, you're fine. It's lifespan might have shortened, but if it's working, you're good until the time comes for its replacement (normally 2 years).

I wouldnt use it for 3 days, you could ruin it. Let it dry out for days before attempting anything.
