Activate iPhone 7 Plus on IOS 10 with no SIM?
Is there a possible way to activate my iPhone 7 Plus without a sim card? I'm running IOS 10.2.1
No. You need a SIM card. It doesn't have to be activated. It just needs to be from the carrier that the phone is locked to, OR if the phone is unlocked, any compatible SIM.

I recently updated my iPhone 3GS to IOS 6 and when I go through every thing it says Could not activate iphone, try connecting your Iphone to Itunes to activate it" but when the iphone is in power with itunes it reads the phone and asks for a sim card, but doesn't read the sim card I have in it it is an AT&T sim card.
