ACTIVATION ERROR WITH IPHONE?

I Updated my phone to iOS 7 and i Erased all content from my phone and when i try to connect my phone to itunes it reads Activation Error. WHAT DO I DO? Please Help! I can't even get into my phone

Because you are not a registered developer your device is now stuck in the boot loader. Connect your iphone to your computer snd open itunes. Boot your phone into DFU mode by holding the home button and the lock button for ten seconds and then release the lock button but continue to hold the home button until iTunes recognises what you have done. Then click restore on your computer
