Added to AT&T family plan without being a relative?
So, I was going to activate an old iPhone 2G on AT&T for just voice and texts. Well, as I scrolled down I realized that the minutes were Way too many! (note this is my only cell phone line) I'll never use 450 minutes and I'm not old enough for the senior plan. My question is, what if there was a person in a likewise situation who had a contract with AT&T. We could go on a family plan and share our minutes! I mean are people Really going to use up all those rollover minutes anyways? Let me know if this kind of service exists and if you think it would be a good idea!
Get a prepaid plan. Then you don't have to worry about responsibility of having them pay on time or you having to pay on time. One person would have to be on the contract and responsible for it, so it really is based on trust.
You can sign up on a prepaid plan like Airvoice wireless for $30 unlimited talk and text or Straight Talk for $30 for 1000 minutes of talk, 1000 text, and 30 MB of data.

- PERSONAL iPhone messages being sent to family members? I imessage my friend (who owns an iphone) with my ipad fairly often. However, recently, for some reason, my mother, who owns an iphone and shares my apple ID, has been receiving our personal messages between one another. It's as if apple decided to include her in our conversation without consent. My messages to my friend go to my mom, and my friends messages to me go to my mom. None of us want this. What has happened, and how do I fix this?
- How to turn off messages that are being shared with a family members on iPhone 4? So my sister and mother and me all have the iPhone 4 and we have the same apple account for iTunes and if anyone that we text has an iPhone then we all get that same message how can we turn this off?
- How To Get Out Of A Verizon Family Plan Without Paying A Termination Fee? As You Know It's Around Christmas Time And I'd Like To Get An IPhone 5. The Only Way I'm Aloud To Get That Is If I Join Sprint (Best Family Plans). My Contract Doesn't End Until April 16th And I Really Want The IPhone 5 for Christmas Like I said but The Termination Fees are really Expensive and I have about 5 lines on my plan.
- How to find out when a contact was added in my iphone? I know that there are apps that will save the date of newly added contacts, but I was wondering if there's a way to find out when existing contacts were added (such as an activity log).
