All my purchases on iTunes are gone?
So I had to get a new iPhone and i was logging into my Apple ID account and most of everything was already on my Apple ID so I figured that I didn't need my other phone anymore so I reset my old phone so that I can mail it back to the phone company and now everything that I have bought on iTunes or everything that I've ever bought is gone. Everything I have ever had on my iPhone is gone not even iCloud can help me.
When you pay for a tune from the Apple store, you are not actually buying that tune; you are just paying for the right to download it and play it ob your device, whether its an iphone, or an ipod, or an ipad.Once you delete them from that device, you have lost them, and need to pay to re-download them.
When you log in to your itunes account (the one you purchased all of the songs with), when you go to the store and click "purchased", all of that is gone? If so, there's something wrong on itunes end. Here is their contact link. Click the "contact itunes store support" link and follow the questions to set up a troubleshooting call with them. They can resolve this for you.

- Transfer purchases from iPhone with Itunes 11? Now I want to transfer purchases from my iPhone to my PC using iTunes 11. Now I know that with iTunes 10 I could do it simply by right clicking my connected device and selecting "Transfer Purchases". How can I achieve this with iTunes 11 as the documentation from Apple is not updated to reflect recent interface changes done in iTunes 11. Thank you for your replies! Fixed. - On my iPhone, I get all in-app purchases for free - good apps for this? This is due to my jailbreak. I get all in-app purchases for free because of some thing I downloaded through a Cydia source repository. Anyways, any apps that this is really worth it for? So far, I've just used it for Angry Birds to get unlimited Mighty Eagles.
