All the notes in my Iphone 4 are gone?

I had 63 notes on my iphone 4 and a few days ago they were there.last night I updates to the IOS 7.0.3 and every not disappeared. I need those notes back because they were help for my job along with important information. Can someone help and tell me how I can get them back! Please and thanks in advance. * No rude comments*

Have you backed your phone up through iCloud? If so, you should be able to recover most of them, just go on a computer, on iCloud and sign in. Then you should be able to transfer the notes back to your phone. If you haven't backed up, there's not much you can do. I would highly recommend that you back up your phone by doing
Settings -> iCloud ->then make sure than the notes switch is green! ->Storage & Backup then scroll down and click backup now.

This will take about 5 minutes and you can still use your phone.

If they were important then I'm sure you backed it up. Just copy it back from itunes or icloud.

I had at least 68-70 notes on my iPhone 4 Notes app. I went on it not too long ago (10-15 minutes ago) and my recent notes I either created or added on to were there but then within a second, they 'blinked' out and now they're gone. There was one note that had a lot of information on it that I really need it and now it's gone! How can I get it back! The note(s) are nowhere in the app!
