Am i being charged for using 3G in iPhone?

I just recently got an iphone4 on ebay which was locked to AT&T but I got it unlocked so I can use it on tmobile. When I leave a Wi-Fi area it automatically says 3G in the top left corner. I don't have a data plan yet I can still use the Internet when it says 3G. I wanted to know if I was being charged without knowing?

Yeah there's a option in setting that's enable you to use 3G all you gotta do is go in the setting networks and disable the 3G network and that should do it i had the same problem and I also have iphone 4

  • Will I be charged for my internet being turned on? I have the iPhone 5 and 1GB of internet per month, if I'm out in a place where there's no Wi-Fi but I happen to not be using the internet, will I be charged for it and is there something I need to do in order to not be over charges
  • Why is my Iphone battery going down while being charged? Well just last night I charged my Iphone 4 All night and woke up to it being at 28% . It shows that it's charging with the little lightning symbol in the right hand corner but it actually going down. Now it's at 24% and I'm not even using it? Could it just be my charger or my actual phone? If it was the charger I would think it wouldn't show the lightning symbol but it does. What wrong with it.
  • Why am I being charged to send e-mails with pictures in them? Please answer quickly if you can, this is kinda urgent sorry… So i have a monthly contract which allows me unlimited texts, so i get that i can't send picture texts, but to keep sending pictures to people i send them by email, but now, i get charged 25p to send an e-mail, which i think isn't fair, so does anyone know why this is happening? Btw, i have an iPhone 5 on t-mobile and EE as the carrier.
  • Why am I being charged to send an iPhone message to another iPhone? I have noticed yesterday when I looked at my orange account that they have charged me 3 iPhone messages, I checked and they were sent by iMessage as the colour is blue normally if its been sent my text message it's green, can anyone tell me why this is and if orange will reimburse me the money or take it off my bill
