Anyone else's iPhone 5 battery suck?

Mine always dies at one point during the day. Seriously they can't create a phone with good battery!
First day I got it it lasted for 3 days with excessive use, now it only lasts for a day or so. I usually have my wi-fi on, while keeping the cellular data off. With heavy gaming it lasts for only 4 - 5 hours. 10 minutes of GPS takes about 2-3% battery life, the app store eats battery like crazy too. I think mine did get worse.
There are a couple of things you can do to make your battery last longer. First, go into settings and turn down the brightness of the screen. Next, make sure that your Auto-lock is set to 1 minute. Finally, I have found it helpful to do a hard reset on the phone every week or two. Before I do that, I go through and close out of all the apps in the multitasking tray (double tap the home button to reveal the multitasking tray, tap and hold on any of the apps in the multitasking tray, then tap the little red minus that appears in the top left corner of each app - this ensures that the ram is freed up and that no app is still using data and extra battery power even when you are not using it). - Would it suck all my battery life? I have a iPhone 4 and tomorrow I'm going on a 4 hour journey. I have two 1 hour episodes on my phone, if I was going to watch one would my battery be flat by the end?
- Why does the andriod battery suck? Lmfao yesterday my cousin and i went to a party with full battery. She has andriod n i have iphone 4s. We were using our phones constantly, and at the end she had 10 percent battery left n i had about 50 percent. But trust me, the battery on my samsung galaxy s2 was way worse. This is why i switched to iphone.
- Why does my iphone battery suck? It was fine when I first got it, it would hold a charge all day even if I was on it a lot. Now the battery sucks and I'm charging it like three times a day at least even if I'm barely on it. What can I do to fix this? The apple store told me to restart it but that did nothing.
- Has anyone else had this iPhone 5 problem? I've had my iPhone 5 since November. Since then, I've been through around maybe 6 different charging cords. They'll work for a few weeks and then stop charging correctly. I've bought so many chargers I've probably paid more in chargers than I did for the actual phone. Should I call AT&T or apple or does anyone know any possible fixes?
