A FREE way I can unlock my iPhone?
I have an iPhone 4 att and want to use it on tmobile.
No, there isn't a way. You'll need to purchase an unlock from someone who provides it.
You can try and calling your provider and ask them to unlock it for you, if that doesn't work then there are unlock on ebay for $2

The other way is a factory unlock which can be cheap from online providers like iPhoneUnlockedCheap.com. The benefit of a factory unlock is that it is permanent and does not modify your iPhone. You may be able to get a free unlock if you are out of contract and the original owner of the iPhone directly through AT&T. If that is not the case you would have to go through a third party provider.
