How to unlock an iPhone from it's carrier?
I've recently got an iPhone from someone that was former on Sprints network. I'm trying to get the iPhone unlock so I can work on Virgin Mobile's carrier. I've spoke to them and they to be I would have to unlock the phone somehow and the company can take carry of the rest from downhill. Does anyone have or know I can unlock this phone without Jail breaking the phone or paying money to do this?

The ONLY phones that will work on Virgin Mobile USA's network are VIRGIN MOBILE USA PHONES!
They don't use SIM cards. You can get an iPhone 4S for Virgin Mobile USA for $449 and $30 a month but that iPhone on Virgin Mobile USA will be locked on Virgin's network forever.
They don't flash phones at all. I encourage you, go to their Facebook page and ask them or call them up! They'll tell you the same exact thing I just said - I guarantee it! I PROMISE YOU I'M RIGHT!

My Iphone 4 is currently running on ios 4.3.3 and I wish to update it to the new os (the ios 6), but don't want to lose its carrier unlock.
