App Store won't let me purchase free apps without putting in a credit card?
I don't want to put my credit card on, and I just want free apps. But it won't allow me to do so? IPhone 5 App Store. Any help?
It could be that the App Store is malfunctioning
You can't do it free is only free if you had credit card
Many online accounts, like Amazon and Barnes and Noble, require you to set up an account with a credit card, even if you only "buy" freebies. You iPhone app store may be the same way.
- Why won't the App store let me update my apps - Iphone 4s? After downloading the new software for the iPhone (iOS 6.1) it will not let me update my apps. I open up the app store on my phone and go to the update tab, and it remains blank (despite saying there's 7 updates). Does anyone know what to do? I have tried restarting my phone.
