Apple iPad Air or iPhone 5c?
I currently own a iPod Touch 4th gen, and my current phone is an lg viewty the older one. I was originally going to get the iPhone 5c to replace both my iPod touch and phone, however i'm torn between getting the iPad air as i watch movies and i use youtube a lot. But i also like to listen to music on the go and my phone does need upgrading. I travel to uni so the iPhone 5c might be better in this situation but I'm not sure, any ideas.
Added (1). I should also mention that i also have a iMac if this helps at all.
You should get a Samsung GS4 or LG G2. Since you like to watch movies/YouTube on the go you'll get a nice big HD screen while also having phone functionality. It just makes more sense. They also supports far more video formats than iOS. (use Dice Player)
If those phones are simply too big for you, maybe a Moto X would be better. Big screen on a small phone.
Having an iMac doesn't make a difference either. Any PC would work the same.
It's all about convenience and what you think will work better!
Do you need to upgrade your phone? For some/any of these reasons?
For better interface, 4g use, more customization, longer battery, conform to the social norm, more apps, you text/email/mms/use online alot on your phone?
Personally for your situation! If you travel alot? (i'm assuming airplane?) It's probably more cost effective to get the ipad, since you can't use 4g, cell reception in planes!
But for everyday use, I can sure understand how it's more useful to have a iphone! Since it's one device that can do everything!
IMO, I'd get the iphone, and spend like ~$100 on some cheap tablet with a nice display so you can still watch your movies! Some of these offbrand windows tablets are dirt cheap! And they have nice specs!
I have a iPad air and a iPhone 5c and personally I use my iPad more often I only really use my phone on the way to school however as soon as I get home I'm on my iPad but it's your choice

- Would you buy an iphone 5s or an ipad air? Personally it's a no bran inner for me. I rather use a lousy iphone 4 and an iPad air anyway than an iPhone 5s alone… What do you guys think?
- Which should I get, Apple ipad pro OR Macbook Air? I can't decide which I want, and which is the better option. I like the ipad pro (most likely the 12.9) because of the touch, pencil and the app store. I like the macbook air because its light, still integrates with my iphone, great battery life and the ability to run programs. This device won't be used for anything crazy. I still have a windows laptop thats used quite a bit. Any thoughts or suggestions?
- What is the cheapest way to buy an iPhone 5s and Ipad Air online? I don't live in the US so currency conversion rates are killing me if I buy a US $700 unlocked iPhone 5s it will cost me along the lines of $1902 in my currency. If I buy a US $ 800 unlocked 16gb Ipad air it would cost me $2174.In total that's $4076. I can't spend $4000 dollars on just that though I want them and actually do need a new phone and want a tablet. Android is way to haphazard in their approach so to me apple is the best. So why not get the best. I need help.
