AT&T overcharge me with data on iPhone 5s?
I only used up to 30 min.-40min. Worth of data within the 24 hours and I was charged with over 2,000 MB. I was mainly on YouTube with a little bit of safari/little bit of Instagram. The LTE was always on but besides using the data from what I said above within the 30-40min. Time period out of 24 hours I just listen to music. Didn't use the App Store or iTunes Store at all. I was camping so I was usually kept busy with activities. Basically data only used for YouTube with a little bit of data from safari and Instagram. I have been charged MB while I was using Wi-Fi.
Youtube can use quite a bit of data if you aren't careful. If you were connected to Wi-Fi, the connection may have not been very strong, or possibly lost completely. If your bill reflects this data usage, I would call AT&T and ask about it, they will usually do something to help you. It's hard to say without knowing what type of plan you're on and how much data you have though.
