Iphones don't take memory cards, there may be adaptors out there that allow you to attach em tho but I wouldn't use them.
Otherwise you can always delete music, apps, and videos and such to clear up space.
By deleting unnecessary or unused pics, phone numbers, songs, and videos.
Buy a new one
