Call blocking apps for iphone 3g on 4.0?
I have already tried using iblacklist but for some reason it keeps blocking all of my calls instead of the ones that i acctully need blocked. I'm jailbroken so does anybody know any decent apps the work and will get the job done properly?
Without jailbreaking there isn't a way to block a single or specific incoming number.
Depending on your provider you can contact them and have the number(s) blocked, but most charge a monthly fee for that service.
The best thing you can do is find a silent ringtone or record 30 seconds of silence in garage band or any other audio editing software, then deactivate vibration for that number, and use that as a ringtone for that specific number. Then at least the phone won't alert you. I also create a user named blacklist and put any "new" call that I don't want into that contact. LOL! The list is rather large now.

- Is there an iPhone app for blocking calls and texts? I had an app on my last android phone called 'call blacklist' you could add numbers you didn't want to have text or call you. And if those numbers did, it showed it in a message log on the app. Is there anything like that for the iPhone? I really could use it.
- IPhone user blocking iPhone user? If I have an iPhone and I block someone else who has an iPhone will there messages send as text messages instead of iMessages? Or will they just keep sending as "delivered" iMessages no matter if my phone is on or off?

I want to block a certain number from texting me but I want to be able to go back in a week or 2 and turn the app off to see if they have tried to contact me. Or I would like an app that lets them text me but that I can't respond to them. Does anything like this exist?
- IPhone 6s Plus, how do you mute a call while on call? (not how to mute ringer)? I have a new iPhone 6s Plus and need to listen in on conference calls without other people on the call hearing me type in the background or the kids, so how do I Mute the sounds on my end so I can listen in without disturbing the others on the call? My current phone keypad on the iPhone 6s Plus only shows 1-9,0 *, and # buttons.
