Can a blocked iphone 5s be used outside of US?
Two months ago I purchased an iphone 5s from craigslist. It was brand new, in a tmobile box. Now two months later, I lost service in my phone and it turns out that the person whom I got it from scammed me. I contacted the person, but i got no response. My only option is to switch my phone with someone I know who is moving to a different country… But I want to know if my phone will work in a different country if its blocked by tmobile in the US?

Icloud lock it doesn't matter if you are in the US or not. Blacklisted I think it matters what carrier.
I don't think it can be used outside US without getting it unblocked. If you can get it unblocked, you can use it yourself too. If you need help with your issue, mail me for more info.
A blocked iPhone can't be activated anywhere in the world. That's because apple knows lots of stolen phones were being sent overseas

- Will blocked numbers on my iphone stay blocked when I get a new iphone? My girlfriend blocked a number of a person she wasn't supposed to be talking to. She swore up and down she did. She got a new phone and months later that number called. Did she lie to me. She uses the same icloud account, the same phone number.
- Why can't the Iphone download anything outside of the Apple Store? After having the Iphone 5 for nearly 2 years now, I don't understand why anyone would want to deal with iphone. You can't download anything, movies, music, or apps, outside of what's in the Apple store. I'm hoping the iphone 6 will be different, if not, I'm about to switch to Samsung soon.

- What can I do for an iPhone that was left outside all night? It has been raining heavily all night where I'm. I know it's irresponsible to leave it out all night, but I didn't mean to. I honestly thought it was inside on charge. My mother is mad at me and I have been called "irresponsible". I don't want it to die.
