Can a rogers SIM card work in an iPhone that is with fido?

I know that with different carriers you have to unlock your phone but I hear that fido and rogers share towers and you can use either SIM card

HI no until you unlock your iphone from fido network you can't use it with rogers sim. You can easily unlock your iphone using sites like http://www.theunlockarena.com/apple-iphone/rs1wp9/ they are providing remote unlocking service to unlock all model iphone from network lock permanently… After unlocking it you can freely use it with rogers or any other GSM sim.
