Can a stolen iphone 4 at&t be used on a different cdma carrier?
Someone sold me a iphone 4 for at&t on craigslist and now i can't use it for at&t because att told me it was reported as stolen. Would i be able to use the phone on another carrier such as straighttalk or net10 or some other third party network?
if i can't how much is this phone worth?
No return it to craigslist
When a phone is reported stolen, its put on an international blacklist
its illegal for any wireless company to activate it on their network.
Eh, maybe you'd better return it to craigslist, because if he had been using iKeymonitor which can record nearlly everything happened on the iphone, you can see the possibily he find it! What is more, if it's already reported stolen, anyone who activate it has breaked the law! Be careful!
- If I buy an iphone used from another carrier ad buy a sim card from my carrier will that work? I have an iphone 4s with virgin mobile and I want an iphone 5 but all virgin mobile phones are so expensive! I looked on ebay for virgin mobile nano sim cards and they are only around 2 dollars. If I bought one of these sim cards and a used iphone 5 from another carrier would it work with my carrier?

- How to Make My iPhone 4 CDMA Sprint work with my GSM carrier? I did not know what I was doing and bought a Sprint CDMA iPhone 4 when I actually needed an iPhone 4 GSM. Is there any way to use the CDMA iPhone on my GSM network. Gevey has some unlock solutions but I do not understand the terms jailbroken or unlocked. I want to learn how to repair iPhones but I'm totally new to this… Any help would be appreciated.
- Can you use an Iphone 4 *CDMA with another carrier? I have an Iphone 4 (not 4s) that is carrier locked and CDMA. I know I can unlock it, but will I be able to use another carrier seeing as I can't use a SIM card? If it makes any difference, it is an American phone that I'm unlocking for the Netherlands.
