Can an unlocked iphone 5 from America be used in Ireland?
So iphone's over here are really expensive and i'm going to America this summer and i was wondering if i could buy and iphone 5 when i'm over there. I would buy an unlocked phone but on the apple website it says "

Yes it should work. Read up on the uk specs of the said phone and see if they differ from american specs. As far as i know the frequency is the only thing that may differ but if you match certain phones the frequency will match due to quad band and GPS.
It will work anywhere there's a signal.
I can't see why it wouldn't work. You will have to pay import duty to bring it in the country though
The phone should work, but the battery charger mightn't, as US voltage is different from ours.
