Can i cut a straight talk sim card to make it work with an iphone 5?

OKay so i have been with straight talk for a long time with an iphone 4 and i'm planning to buy an iphone 5 but it requires a smaller sim card. My question is if i cut the sim card from the iphone 4 to the iphone 5 will it still work? Would i still be able to pay and will it work the same as whenever i had the iphone 4.i've been with straight talk since before the stopped selling sim cards to att phones.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Yaa uu can do this easily…

I used to use StraightTalk myself. I don't see why it wouldn't work as long as the microchips are the same size. If you find it doesn't work, you can always switch to Solavei. I have been with Solavei for a few months now and they are MUCH better. Solavei is still selling AT&T SIM cards too. That's what I'm using on my iphone and it works great. The plan is cheap and they pay you for referring your friends. So if you refer a few friends, you service is free. And they pay you every month that your friend keeps his account current too. It is a newer company that doesn't pay to advertise on billboards, commercials, etc. They instead pay out for referrals and keep their prices low. Check it out. Www.solavei.com/HappyMackey

  • Will an iphone 3gs sim card work for an iphone 4 if i cut it? My dad has an an unlocked iPhone 3GS and has no data plan, just texting and calling. • Will a straight talk iPhone work in Japan with a Japanese sim card? I'm pretty sure you can put a sim card in it but I was curious I want to go to Japan sometime but it is difficult getting a phone there being a foreigner and it is pretty expensive but I see people switch their sim cards with there phones a lot like with at&t ect. I wonder if that would work the same overseas? Like putting a japanese cell service provider's sim card in the phone? This probably sounds really stupid though but thank you!
  • Will a blackberry sim card work in an iPhone 4 if we cut the sim? My friend has a blackberry and wants to buy an iPhone 4 off someone he knows. I have a micro sim cutter that I used when I went from iPhone 3G to iPhone 4. If we cut down his sim it will fit in the iPhone, but will he still be able to use Internet and call people? Also, would his network provider be able to send him a new iPhone sim but with the same tariff? Cheers
