Can I get a replacement iPhone 5 of a different colour?
I have insurance so if something happens to my iPhone, can I get a black one when they send me a new iPhone?
When I went into the apple shop my white one had broke and when I requested a black one it was no problem
If its through insurance, I think they try and get the exact one you had but in some cases they may not be able to get that one and give you a different colour instead
- Would you pay to have the backing glass of you iphone changed to a different colour? I was thinking of this has a business idea. I saw that the new ipods had different backing cases of different colours and i was thinking i would really like my iphone to be blue, so would you think it was a good idea to have the back of your iphone a different colour, would you pay for it?
- Two different computers, two different iTunes.can I use the same Apple ID? I have iTunes on my computer that I use for my iPhone, and my mon just got an iPod Touch and wants me to fill it for her. I'm going to use her computer to do this, which currently does not have iTunes. Once I download iTunes, can I use my own Apple ID to download songs and apps onto her iPod? Is it possible to do that without disturbing what's on my phone, or do I have to make a whole new iTunes account for her?
- Can I exchange my replacement iPhone 6 for a different color at T-Mobile? So I had the iPhone 6 in space grey. The screen cracked so I had it replaced with T-Mobile Jump program. So I called so they would send me a replacement. And they sent me the iPhone 6 in gold. So is there any way I can exchange it for the space grey at T-Mobile? I really do not like it in gold.

My iphone is being repaired and on the apple service page it says 'iPhone replacement pending' and below it says repair complete… I was wondering if this meant that my phone has been repaired or if Apple are sending a replacement iphone different than the original.
