Can I get my Iphone 6 replaced at apple store?
I bought my Iphone 6 last April, and I saw that there's a limited one year warranty on it. I bought it at AT&T WITH the insurance but it's so stupid because they expect you to pay $200 even when the device is broken. When I call people they often tell me that I sound like I'm underwater or I'm really far away and it really hurts my phone interviews that I have.
So is it possible to get it replaced at the Apple store since it's only within one year since I bought it?
If it is deemed to be as a result of faulty workmanship, then yes. I've seen a number smart phones from different companies that had a software glitch or faulty microphone that causes distortion.
Have you by any chance updates its firmware to the latest one from Apple Inc? Try updating to the latest iOS and see if there's any improvements. If not, then proceed to a warranty claim.
- WILL MY IPHONE 5 GET REPLACED BY APPLE? I don't have apple care and I got my iphone 5 as a gift. It has marks on it but not on the actual screen. Yesterday I saw a black spot on my iphone and overnight it started to grow and now it's HUGE. It also has a yellow, blue, and purple glow around the black spot. I heard its a dead pixel but will Apple replace it right away? I'm so sad. I didn't do ANYTHING to it. It was perfectly fine before.

I really want to replace this iPhone and get a new one because I don't want to waste the warranty. I took it in and said it gets heated alot (which it does) but all they did is restored it. Does any one know how I can get a replacement?
