Can i go to apple store genius bar for

I was wondering if they would be able to get my iphone 4s working again… I've had it for 2 years, then suddenly it stopped working.

Right now it only says to connect to itunes, and once i do it says it needs to be restored. Once i do that, it says it isn't able to restore, with an error 4013.

i've tried everything, and its really frustrating.
Do you think the apple store would help? And if so, would they charge me?

If your contract is up, then I don't know why anyone wouldn't just get a new 4S which is free on 2 year contract. Plus you can trade in your current phone and get credit. You could also basically get a free new one plus credit.

Apple also recently boosted the trade-in values for the iPhone 4 and the iPhone 4S. Apple Stores now offer up to $99 toward a new device for an iPhone 4 and up to $199 for an iPhone 4S.

I don't see why not. That's why they are there & likely yes there would be a charge since it is no longer in its warranty period.

  • How to fix a wet IPhone (For An Apple Genius)? I dropped my IPhone 4S in the toilet a month ago and i asked a question about it. I was told to put it in a bag of rice and i did. I forgot about it for about a month and when i turned it on, it said it needed to charge. I plugged it in and it had the apple logo when you turn it on. It then turned back into the charging sign and then to the apple logo again. Is there a way i can fix this. If you are a genius at apple. Please let me know if i can fix this.
  • How does genius on iphone work? I'm intereeged as to how the 'genius' setting on the iPhone works. This is available on both the App Store, do that apple can help you locate an app that you would like and use, by basing it on an app that you already have. It also can create a 'genius' playlist, using just one song. I'd like to know if there's a equation or guidelines that they use?
