Can I still fix a water damaged iPhone?
Basically I dropped my phone in the toilet and I turned it off and put it in rice as soon as I got home. I waited a week and it never turned back on, so I'm guessing the phone is completely dead. Even if it is completely dead for, water damage, can I still do something to fix it? Is there some where cheap to fix it? I have to pay 199 at the apple store to get a refurbished one but my mom doesn't want to spend that much right now.
Is your contract up? If so they just get an iphone 4 free with a 2 year contract. Of course if you were using 4s or 5… Then thats a downgrade but better then messing with water damage.
No, the rice trick doesn't work on iphones.

I guess you can get it exchanged for a new one. If you can pay $212 for a two year contract, then you can get a new IPhone 5. Speak to AT & T as the offer was existing till last month.
No way to fix it. You shouldn't have put it in rice, that actually causes damage.
Please! Help me! I dropped my phone in water, tried to turn in on with water still inside which fried the motherboard, i was able to get it completely dry later after opening it and now it shuts on and off the apple screen. Can i replace something inside and still save it or is it completely dead?
