Can i sue fiverr the company?
Fiverr.com is a webiste for anyone who wants to sell anything or buy almost like eBay. I paid someone $400 to make me a iPhone app. The app was not finished and i opened a case and got only $350 back because fiver took the rest as a processing fee. Then i found out i can't withdraw the $350 until i pay a $5.00 selling fee. Because i have never ever sold anything fiver wants me to pay $5 because that will activate my selling abilities and then my selling abilities will unlock a button called REVENUES. WHICH WILL THEN send my $350 into my revenues where it will then be allowed to returned into my paypal account. But before its returned they want to charge me another processing fee because they will then believe i sold something for $350. They told me my best option is to use this $350 as a credit on the website to buy other things. I DON't WANNA BUY ANYTHING OFF IT ANYMORE I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK ITS BAD ENOUGH I'm ONLY GETTING $350 out of $400 back and now they wanna mess with me even more and charge me more random fees. I need legal help what can i do? Its been 4 months now and i still don't got my $350:( iv been so stressed and depressed and ANGRY! I need legal help how much would it cost to sue them? How much can i sue them for? FORGET THE $350 i want MORE THEN THAT NOW FOR THIS BIG HEADACHE THEY HAVE CAUSED ME! Is it worth a lawsuit or I'm wasting my time? I looked up their company its worth over 5 million
You can't sue for more than you lost. It will cost you more than $55.00 to sue them.
I think you should sue your English teacher instead.
You can only sue Fiverr for the amount you lost. Filing a suit in small claims court will cost you $75-100 and you'll have to file in the jurisdiction where Fiverr has their headquarters, which will also involve travel fees, taking time off work, etc
So if you want to do it for the principal go ahead but it will cost you a lot of money to do so

The buyer requested refund after the shipment was made. Item is (iPhone 4s 16g) brand new. $450.00 Now eBay is telling me there sorry I was given that information.
- Can I sue? The restaurant or the company of the app? I have just got an app for my iPhone and it's a restaurant finder app, I found a restaurant and it says afternoon tea £24.95, so I booked a table for 4 and it doesn't state per person, there's some on there that say per person but I went with this one thinking £24.95 for 4 is really good. Now there saying its per person what can I do
- Can i sue for wrongful termination? So i had been working at this place once(as a temp), was only late twice (one time because my iphone alarm was on vibrate), and 2 days ago i was told to not return because i was eating a chalupa by the monitor( even though my boss also eats by the monitor) and had a Celebrity Gossip window open along with the work window. Even though i told him i was multi-tasking, and had turned everything in well. Can i sue for disparate treatment?(rules only applying to him)
