No, any trade in programs, the phone you trade in MUST be working, no cracked screens, no water damage, MUST boot up normally.
If the screen is cracked, you will have to get the screen fixed BEFORE you can do any trade in options, to ANY carrier.
So if you do not have insurance or any sort of extended warranty options to pay for the repair, it come out of your pocket. If you are still paying for the phone in installments, and did not have insurance, you really should NOT have gotten a phone you could not pay for.
Lesson learned today? NEVER pay installments on anything, that you do not have the cash to replace if it gets destroyed, without some sort of insurance or extended warranty. If the added monthly or upfront cost is too much, you can't afford the item/service. Basic economics 101, for a personal budget. No matter how much you want it or how shiny it is.

The back camera on my iPhone 4s broke (just stopped working), so I called Apple and I have an appointment set up to replace the old phone with a brand new one. But, I want to know if when they give me the new phone, will they let me keep the old one? The phone still works fine except for the camera. In fact, it's almost perfect. And if its fine then can it be harmful to use travel charger everyday?
