Can I transfer all my info from one iPhone to another?
I got a iPhone 5c before last Christmas. It's starting to mess up a lot! It keeps crashing! Everything crashes and my music keeps pausing out of no where. Also Siri keeps popping up in the middle of me watching videos. And I'm never pressing the button it just pops up! All this is so tiring and annoying! I might just end up getting the iPhone 5s. But if I do get the iPhone 5s could I transfer all my photos and music from my iPhone 5c to the new one? Could I get the workers at the apple store to do it or could I do it on my own also? Would that cost? Please answers all my questions!

Then you activate your new iPhone, when you sign into your Apple account, it will have all your contacts, things you bought, everything. Also, save your pictures and videos to the iCloud on your old phone and you see them in your new phone.
