Can I unlock iPhone 4 for tmobile after updating to current IOS?
IPhone is on 4.3.3(8j2) and 04.10.01… I've been using the Gevey sim because apparently there's still no unlock for this firmware since it came out. I've already tried SAMPref and no luck. Gevey is such a hassle to use so I'm wondering if I upgrade the phone in iTunes will I be able to unlock it? I'm currently jailbroken, will I still be able to jailbreak after updating?
Yup any mobile repair shop will do it for $20
You can't jailbreak 7.1. Nobody has one in this first few weeks of release so avoid it. Don't go past 7.0.

- Why can't I use @icloud.com email address after updating to iOS 6? I've updated my iPhone to iOS 6 and according to Apple I'm supposed to receive an @icloud.com email address that matches my @me.com address. But why can't I log in with the supposedly new address?
- Keep my current tmobile sim card? I have a jailbroken and unlocked iphone 3g with tmobile and its firmware is at 4.1 and some apps that i want are for firmware 4.2 and up. I know how to update it and jailbreak it and re unlock it. My concern is after i re jailbreak it and re unlock it. Will i still be able to use my current tmobile sim or will i have to change my number and get a new sim card since i took the unlock off the phone?
- Is the tmobile iPhone 5 already unlock? And will the tmobile 5 work on AT&T? I have recently been looking at buying an iPhone 5 and I found someone, but they have tmobile an I have AT&T. Will it work on AT&T? Also, how much would the newer SIM card be?
