Can i upgrade ios on iphone 3gs without Wi-Fi?
I'm using iphone 3gs, i'd use ios4.3 but unfortunately downgrade to ios4.1. Now i want to upgrade ios5.1.1 and i've downloaded required ios5.1.1 with redsnow and absthine but i don't have Wi-Fi facility.shall i start my process.
IOS 6.1.3 is the latest version that iPhone could run, but 6.1.2 is the latest version that can jailbroken (untethered) using evasi0n.
Should look up using that instead of remaining on such a low version.
Uhm, well older iPhones have older software updates. The latest for you I'm guessing is iOS 5.1.1
If you don't have Wi-Fi, then you can download iTunes on your computer, plug your device in and press update on iTunes. If you don't have a computer, you can use the one in stores or libraries.
