If it's a micro SIM, it shouldn't be an issue.
The 4 uses a micro sim. If your's isn't a micro, just go to Verizon and they'll give you one free or for cheap. They don't care what you use just keep paying the bill. Yes, it'll work. Best luck.
Verizon is CDMA. I don't think they use sims.
