Can I use at&t iphone with straight talk?
I called straight talk and asked them. They said yes but I need to buy sim card. But I thought iphone didn't take sim card.
GSM iPhones (most of the ones made are either GSM only or are dual GSM/CDMA, only the CDMA version of the iPhone 4 (sold by Verizon and Sprint) do not take SIM cards).
All AT&T phones are GSM and hence use SIM cards. Check the side of the phone for a small slot with a hole the size of a paperclip end next to it, that is the SIM card slot on the iPhone.
So much as the phone has a clean ESN, it can be used with Straight Talk.
- Sprint iPhone 4S, can I use on straight talk? I just bought a sprint iPhone 4S, I called straight talk and asked if it would work if I got a straight talk micro SIM card and if I would get service everywhere I do now with my AT&T android, her answer was yes it would definitely work. I've seen a million different answers on google tho. Has anyone tried this or is doing it now? Please give me and answer and explanation.
