Can I use my t-mobile Iphone 5 on verizon?

I recently bought a iphone 5 on t-mobile network. I need to switch companies because t-mobile does not reach my area for where I will be attending school next year. (I was told differantly when I bought the phone). I need to switch to Verizon because they do have the coverage out there, Will I be able to bring my Iphone 5 over to Verizon?

No your iphone 5 for t mobile is a gsm phone and verizon is a cdma network

If you get it unlocked. You can unlock a T-Mobile phone. I think you may be able to get a Verizon sim I've seen them once. But I don't know, check with Verizon.

No, unlike the 4s, the 5 is made for each carrier. The iPhone 5 sold for T-Mobile does not have CDMA compatibility, not will the LTE bands work.

You can use AT&T, but there may be compatibility issues. T-Mobile will have to unlock the phone first.

You will be able to use it to Verizon if you have an iPhone Factory Unlock phone. Once it has been factory unlock you will be able to use it to different carriers.

The first guy was right. You can't use a t-mobile iphone 5 on Verizon. The t-mobile iphone5 can only be used with At&t. If you had a Verizon iphone 5 however you could of used it on t-mobile do to the fact the phone was made with both network types. There's two iphone 5 models and saddly you have the one that doesn't cross over.
