Can iphones be tracked when the location is turned off?
I have a iphone and I don't want to be stalked with all the apps, that allow you to be tracked. My question is if i turn off my location will it allow someone other than the police to track my phone?
No. When location services are turned off, you can't be tracked.
It is possible for others to locate your phone if there's some tracking app like ikeymonitor or mobile spy installed on the phone. If you are not sure, you can try to restore the phone or update its os to remove such unknown apps.
