Can replacing my apple iPhone5 charger with another one from LG damage my battery?

My apple charger was stolen and I have a close volt and ampere output on a LG charger!
The apple charger output is: 5V 1A
The LG charger output is: 5.1V 0.7A

WILL THIS DAMAGE MY BATTERY?

Call apple care

It will charge your battery. Without any damage. But the charging will be hell of slow. And device and charger will heat up. Got same experience with my Ipad.
I suggest you getting original charger from store.

This will charge your battery with out any damage. It is lower AMPs
so it will charge slower but keep the battery cool, it is only bad if the amps are higher and will over heat the battery.

It is relative not big difference yet i don't advice don't forget the iphone battery is irreplaceable once damaged your phone will be of no use you know what i mean so even if it is the same output i don't advice just get the one for iphone. Or charge it through computer using the data cable temporary until you get one.

if it was another phone i would give you the go ahead but with iphone it is a different story for reason given above
