Can steam from shower damage an iPhone?
I've had my iPhone for over a year now. Recently I've been having numerous problems with my phone. I often bring my phone and play music as I shower. Every time I'm done showering the phone is covered in steam. I'm wondering if this is somehow causing my problems.
Yes steam can damage an iPhone very badly. The best way to stop this is to go out and buy a life proof case on http://www.lifeproof.com/en/. Or you can buy it at about any store that sells iPhone accessories. Yes they are more expensive than buying a different case, but would you rather go out and buy another iPhone and have the same thing done to it.

Yes, and if there's a temperature change when leaving the shower room then moisture will condense inside the phone. Get a ziplock bag for it if you have to take in in a shower room, and let the temperature have a chance to even out before removing it from the bag after.
