Can't download iTunes on my Computer! Error message

I've already uninstalled iTunes and tried to reinstall.
I have a dell windows 7 computer.
I want to be able to put my music from my computer to my iTunes so that I have all my music on my iPhone 5

Error says:
Errors occurred durning installation before iTunes could be configured
Your system has not been modified. To complete the installation run the installer again
The installer again click finish to exit the installer

Make sure you are using the correct architecture ie 64bit or 32 bit
to find this out go to control panel then system. It will say if it is iethor 32 or 64 bit
the download again:
64 bit: http://www.apple.com/.../download/
32 bit: http://www.apple.com/.../download/
