Can't transfer stuff from one iphone to another?
I just got an iphone 5c and i'm trying to restore from a previous back up. But when it finishes it says that there was an error. I have tried multiple times, but no success. I can transfer my apps and music, but no photos or videos or contacts and text messages. What should I do?
How are you transferring your files exactly?
Make sure you plug your old iphone to itunes on a pc, and syncronize it so as to make sure your itunes is up to date with all the photos, music etc.
Once your computer is up to date, plug in your new iphone 5c, and sync that.
All files should transfer without any issue.
