Can you activate an att iphone to virgin mobile?
I need help please. So my friend gave me his iphone 4 because he bought the iphone 5. I have virgin mobile and i was wondering if i can connect the iphone 4 to my virgin mobile account?
No you can't… For 2 reasons…
1) Virgin Mobile is CDMA. ATT is GSM… CDMA and GSM technology does not mix…
2) Even if you did have a CDMA Iphone from Verizon or Sprint, you still can't flash it over… Virgin Mobile only allows CDMA Iphones bought from Virgin Mobile… LOL LOL CDMA carriers will not share their iphones.lmao Verizon only on Verizon, Sprint SPrint. Virgin Virgin… LOL
No, because virgin mobile is a CDMA carrier meaning they do not use sim cards. The iPhone 4 from AT&T is a gsm phone, meaning it uses sim cards. You can get a sim card from straight talk for 15 dollars, and use the phone on straight talk for 45 dollars a month.
