Can you sell your old iPhone if you get a new one from warranty?
So my situation is my iphone has a few minor problems and id like to use my warranty to get a new one. Is it possible I can sell my old iPhone? What steps would I have to take to be able to sell it?
No. Once the phone is replaced, the original belongs to the seller. If you don't return, it, the IMEI will be blocked & they will charge you the full replacement price. They've been doing this a lot longer than you have.
No, they will keep the old one and replace it with a completely fresh new one.
If you take it in for warranty work and they replace it, they'll keep it.

- If You JailBreak Your IPhone and then restore it, does your warranty return? I recently jailbroke my IPhone but then got scared, I then re-stored. Now my lock button does not work and I have to get it repaired. I'm afraid that apple will recognize that I have jailbroken my IPhone and then not repair it. So when I restore my phone does the warranty still stand?
