Can you unjailbreak an iPhone 4s?

I'm thinking of jailbreaking my iPhone 4s (IOS 7.0.6), i was just wondering incase something went wrong or i'm not fond of it, is there anyway to remove the jailbreak and restore it back, like backup and restores do on iTunes? What would I have to do?

If you have any personal experiences with jailbreaking please share.

Also, if you have any recommended ways of jailbreaking/software please let me know

There's cons and pros to jailbreaking. Me as a 15 y/o, love jailbreaking my phone because i want freedom for my phone. But one of the worst things is that your phone might lag. If you want to "un-jailbreak" your phone:
1. Connect your phone to your computer.
2. At the top right, it'll say "iPhone" click on it.
3. It'll bring you to the "Summary" page of your phone. This is where info about your phone is displayed.
4. Your phone will most likely back itself up automatically but if it doesn't, press the "Back Up" option. It'll back up.
5. Once it's done backing up, click the "restore" option. NOT the "restore backup" but the "restore phone" option.
6. Once you click that, accept everything that pops up to restore your phone. It'll restore.
7. Now its done. But it'll ask you on iTunes if you want to restore from backup, restore from iCloud or set up as new phone.
8. Choose restore from backup. Wait for it to restore your backup.
9. When it's done, you're all done.
10. Enjoy.

Just restore it
