Connected but no Internet access when connecting to wireless Internet?

If I try to connect to my linksys e2500 router on my laptop it says "connected but no Internet access".It also connects to all my devices (iPhone etc) but no Internet access.
How can I fix this?

I'm using windows 7.

Try unplugging the power & everything else from the router, then replugging everything. If it still does the same, you may have to call your service provider & see if its a issue on their end.

You could be in major trouble. Someone might have stollen your IP address, which is very time consuming to deal with. Now, here's a way to see if you have a virus that has disabled your Internet connection. Go to your motum and look for a RESET button. Click it, and see if it gets your internet back. This can also give you a new IP depending on your motum.

You are talking to the router or hub in your place that is used to connect to the internet, but past that the internet is not working. If you look at the houses router you'll probably see a red light of some type. If may just need rebooted or the actually connection to router (from outside the hose) is down.

What you do after that would depend on who your internet provider is. (generally you have to call them)

It's not a problem of your computer or your devices.

Try turning off the router and turn it back on. If it still does not connect after doing that, then contact your internet service provider.

Make sure the connections to your modem and router are correct. Unplug the power cord from your router. Reset your modem by unplugging it a few seconds or hitting the reset button if it's an ETMA (phone and internet modem) with a battery backup. Wait until the modem boots back up first… Then plug the power back into the router and let that boot up. It will work 90% of the time after that. You'll probably have to reboot your computer or device and reconnect to your network. If that doesn't work, it's usually a bad ethernet cable between the modem and router.

My house internet went down yesterday so I had to take the plug out of the internet and plug it back in after 10 minutes.
