Creepy iPhone 5s text notification?

So I wasn't doing anything on my phone. My phone was just lying on bed while I was on the computer. Then I decided I wanted to tweet something using my phone so when I clicked the sleep button, THAT appeared. For those who can't view the photo, it's says "please help" in the middle on my lockscreen. Below it is the "Dismiss" button.
Anyway, what's creepy is that it was around 11:50 am when I checked my phone. But the text said 9:14 pm. So i'm really confused/creeped out. Does my phone have virus? Did I possibly download an app which a troll app? And is it possible for people to stalk my phone and view what i'm doing? Oh and btw, my iPhone 5s isn't jailbreak(ed). It's the latest version 7.1.2
Help please, thanksCreepy iPhone 5s text notification

I have an Android so I'm not really sure about the I phones but I think that maybe it was a troll not a virus. Maybe you can take your phone to Best Buy or the place you got it from and see what they say.

  • Not getting text notification- iPhone 4? Hi so I recently got an iPhone 4 and all was going good until yesterday. I don't get notifications unless I'm actually in the text app. My phone doesn't make a sound or vibrate?
  • Isn't it creepy to buy a band's lead singer's iPhone? The lead singer of my favorite band is selling her iPhone on Ebay and I wanted to buy it but I don't want to be creepy. She has a YouTube channel and asked if people would buy it and they said yes and so it's on sale now, but I don't want to buy it and tell my friends and then they call me weird or something. It is my favorite band and I was going to get an iPhone anyway, so I thought "why not?" Is it creepy or am I just being paranoid?
  • IPhone 4s problem with text notification? I keep getting the same message appearing every so often "Sorry your text messaging service is currently unavailable due to insufficient funds". Even though I'm not texting at all? It appears every minute and its really irritating! I'm on t mobile EE
  • How do you hide the senders name of a text message on iPhone but still show a notification for a new message? My parents are really protective and don't want me texting boys (I'm 18). And if I do they always get mad or start asking me questions. Is there a way to hide who the sender of a message is on an iPhone but still show a notification that you have a new message?
