Cydia: LocallAPStore Can't Comply - iOS4?

Alright, so I wanted free in-app purchases, and I was led to Cydia and hence LocallAPStore. However when I tried to "install" LocallAPStore a message appears on the top stating 'Can't Comply' with the Note: 'The requested modifications can't be applied due to required dependencies or conflicts that can't be automatically found or fixed' and therefore not installing altogether.

Additional info: I'm using iPhone 4 with iOS4.

Any suggestions as to what I can do to fix this problem will be greatly appreciated.

Added (1). Randy: Do you think that if I update to iOS6 it would work? Or would it make Cydia incompatible with the device?

Added (2). Marcus: Thanks for that update. I was just about to update my device to iOS 6.1.3. However, do you know which versions it is compatible with if not with the iOS4?

The problem probably is that you haven't updated your iOS. IPhone 4 should be at either iOS 6.1.2 or 6.1.3 by now.

The package is probably incompatible with iOS4, but if you update now you will be on 6.1.3 which can't be jailbroken.

  • Why can't i download from cydia? I just jailbroke my iphone 5 on on 6.1 with the evasion release, but i can't download anything i try to. I get red god errors. Is there anything i can do to change that? Not even the most simplest of downloads like ifile or winter board.

Now I do not need cydia anymore, I can delete it by deleting its packages. But what will happen to the app that is installed using cydia if I will remove cydia?
