Do verizon iPhone 5's come with a sim card?
I have heard they come with a pre-installed nano sim. Is that true? (I'm buying a 2-year contract one, $199)
They may include one for international travel. For the record Verizon is a CDMA carrier which does not use SIM cards, like GSM networks like AT&T & T-Mobile.
Yes. The iphone 5 comes with a nano sim pre installed regardless of the carrier you choose. I have a sprint iphone 5 and when i had to order my replacement phone i had to move my sprint sim card from one phone to the other.verizon and ATT both use sim cards aswell in the iphone 5

Verizon now uses SIM cards to access the 4G network. A majority of these phones have a GSM antenna as well for global use, but that is NOT the primary purpose of the card and it IS required for use in the US. As well.
