My phone is a cheap as chips, basic Nokia, on PAYG, which hardly ever gets switched on.
Really, the only time I use it is when I'm canal boating or on holiday so that people back home can contact in an emergency.

Considering more people use Android than any other platform, and icult members spend too much money on inferior class hardware just because it has an Apple on it, I think you need to reevaluate the definition of " freak "
