Does my iPhone 5 have a virus?
I just bought myself my first iPhone and decided to jailbreak it and I found this website http://ijailbreaking.com/start.php/?utm_source'=google&utm_medium'=cpc&utm_term'=jailbreak%20iphone&utm_content'=iphone%20keywords&utm_campaign'=iPhone I tried it (dint seem like something an iPhone would do when downloading) I decided to cancel. Sometines my iPhone seems crazy I don't remember what it did but I would have to completely turn it off (hold the power button) all I remmeber is today I was charging my phone and Siri keep opening maybe it fought I said "hey Siri" but I ain't sure. I guess all I'm asking is for someone to check the website and tell me, and maybe a way to fix it if it does have a virus
If you canceled it while it was flashing it may have corrupted the phone
Checking your given website won't make people here to rectify your problem.sorry. Please you are saying its your new phone. You can go to the store and say the same to the Apple people. You can get a replacement or you can get your problem solved. Jailbreaking is for unlocking but why you trust a website rather than spend some $ on unlocking your phone. Its a piece of cake, you don't have to worry if siri is completely responding happily and greets hi daily to you. If anything wrong in my above words never mind.
Well if you jailbroke then you took a very secure phone and made it wide open to viruses, so anything is possible now.
- Iphone doesn't want to connect to Wi-Fi. Does it have a virus? I have a black iPhone 4s. It can't search for nearby Wi-Fi signals. When I open the control panel the Wi-Fi icon circle is blacked out when I touch it says [Wi-Fi not available]. When I go to settings it won't let me swipe to turn on the Wi-Fi signal. I can still go on the internet using my data. My iPhone is not jail broken. I have turned off and on my iPhone multiple times. I let the battery die. And I have also restarted it multiple times. Bluetooth also doesn't work.
- If an iPhone somehow got a virus, what would stop that virus from spreading to the recovery image? If an iPhone got a virus, couldn't it just spread to the recovery image? I don't mean where you connect the iPhone to your computer and restore through iTunes. I mean the restore image that is actually on the iPhone.
- I have a iPhone and my safari froze when a pop up asked me to call this number to get rid of a virus so I don't know if I have a virus or no? So today I was looking for music online and this pop up came up and froze my browser and it asked me to call this number but I didn't and hit cancel and cleared my history and I restarted my phone cause it acted slow so I don't know if I have a virus or not
