Does sprint do free trade ins on the iphone 5?
My iphone 5 has been having Wi-Fi issues since I got it the day it came out. I was patient and wait for a fix while upgrading my wireless router and changing some setting but it doesn't seem to be working. As of right now I'm ready to break my phone out of anger(I actually threw it on the floor and kicked it around a little, these things are durable!) I've talk to other iphone 5 owners and they said their wireless is fine. I have Sprint, would they do a free trade in or at least downgrade my phone to the 4s, which I know doesn't have Wi-Fi issues, for free?
Sounds to me your phone more than likely requires warranty repair. Check with Sprint about it or Apple.com.

- Why would Sprint text me a link for a free iPhone 5s that is not entirely free? 1. I received a text message from Sprint stating that I qualify for a free iPhone 5s. 2. I called Sprint's 1-800 number and confirmed with them on three separate occasions the phone was free and there would be no change to my bill. 3. They sent me the phone and upon activation tell me that my bill will go up $15 plus tax. Obviously, I returned the phone. The charge would make my bill go up $15 per month plus tax.
- What is amazon trade in bassicly and why are the prices cheaper when you click amazon trade in? I looked at a item in amazon and it was an iphone 5c for 379.99 and when i clicked amazon trade in it was 200.00 why is this?
- Should I trade my iphone 6s plus for the moto X pure edition? It would be an even trade? I bought it on the first day and I don't really like ios and I've had nothing but android before this.
